Our Coffee

Coffee is the foundation of Frank & Roze — the starting point for everything that follows. It’s where our philosophy of hospitality takes shape first, in the cup.

For us, great coffee is inseparable from great hospitality. The result is coffee that reflects both craft and care — made with precision, served with intention, and designed to make people feel welcome.

Built From the Espresso Up

Our espresso blend is the cornerstone of our coffee program. After dozens of iterations — tasting, adjusting, and refining — we landed on a blend designed specifically for how our guests drink coffee every day.  It’s built to pair beautifully with steamed milk, creating a latte that is smooth, flavor-forward, and balanced.

Our Kitchen

Our scratch kitchen reflects a shared belief that fresh, well-made food has the power to elevate everyday moments. Dishes are rooted in quality ingredients, thoughtful technique, and a respect for seasonality.

Our Pastries

Our pastries are made in-house and just indulgent enough to tempt you into staying a little longer. From buttery, flaky croissants to seasonal scones and tender cakes, they’re crafted to pair beautifully with your coffee — and make “just one” feel like a perfectly reasonable idea.
